Shiva was faced with certain obstacles early in life but has since overcome his fears. It is from the lessons he took away from the challenges and personal experience that he inspires you so you can know, among other things: all you need to know about self-discovery including the rules and principles to follow in his book “Journey Made Awesome”.

First of all, what inspired you to write this book?

My interest in creating wealth for myself and those around me by empowering them with knowledge has led to his idea of ‘Journey Made Awesome’. This book is an idea for everyone who wants to make money and kick-off social norms i.e. “The Rat Race”. The idea of ‘Journey Made Awesome’ is geared toward giving you financial freedom by realizing, understanding, and tapping wealth from the online community. In this book, ‘Journey Made Awesome, you will learn a lot about all you need to do to learn how to leave the jobs that are not paying you well, how you can utilize purpose to your advantage and how to become a boss as a teenager.

Great! I understand you wrote this book during the lockdown. Could you please share your process of writing this book?

To be honest it all started when I enrolled in Engineering. I had a habit of taking a notepad whenever i attend any talk or seminar. Our Canara Engineering  College conducted many talks to educate us. I actively participated and noted points. I have a diary writing habit of whatever good or bad experience I have everyday. During the first month of the lock down I was depressed. Second month, I wanted to do something and contribute to the world . I gathered all my knowledge  from all the podcasts and Youtube videos I ever heard and tailored it into a practical guide.  I then informed my mom, dad  and friends (about it). My sister played a major role in making this book a reality. In one month, I was able to convert my diary info notepad into a book which my sister edited. I also composed a  song which you can listen on Youtube through link below:

Who encouraged you to write this book?

My Mother, Father, Grandma and Sister. Also, my great idols. I look up to Sandeep Maheshwari, Gaur Gopal Das,Mayank Bhattacharya. Apart from them, my English teacher, Anita Jacob, Engineering lecturer, Sarita mam,Krishna Sir,Anish Sir,Anupama. Also my friends, Ujwal Dithesh, Rakshan Sudeepthi, Jisha Yashwitha, Varsha Suraj, Vipin Neha and many other friends from our College Department supported me in this writing endeavor.

What was your writing schedule like?

My schedule was morning 5 am to 5.30 i used to journal what i learnt from the previous day what are my today’s goal what will i do today in my diary and in 2020 lock-down i used to write whole day trying to make it easy to implement relatable .In short From the starting of lock-down i used to write 5 hours straight daily

Writing can be an emotionally draining and stressful pursuit. Any tips for aspiring writers?

Of course writing was a draining task but my passion to share to the world my ideas motivated me to continue. However, I would like to clearly say to aspiring writers that until your really passionate and love what you’re writing or, if you don’t set a clear goal and don’t know the purpose behind your writing, then you cannot finish writing a book.

What is your most favorite and least favorite part of your publishing journey?

My favorite part is  self-discovery and motivation. My least favorite part is the earning part.
